Meet Tanner: Building a Strong Foundation in Commercial Lines
We’re excited to welcome Tanner Dombrowski to the Harbor Brenn team as a Client Success Coordinator, where he supports clients while building a strong foundation in commercial insurance.
Tanner brings a unique background in healthcare, where he developed a strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a deep commitment to helping others—qualities that translate seamlessly into the insurance world.
He is currently working toward continued growth within the agency, with a future goal of transitioning into a commercial insurance producer role and helping local businesses protect what matters most.
Outside the office, you’ll find Tanner enjoying Northern Michigan to the fullest—whether that’s hunting, fishing, golfing, or spending time with family.
Celebrating Haley’s Growth & Licensing Milestone
We’re also celebrating an exciting transition for Haley as she steps into an expanded role supporting our Personal Lines
team.
Haley has recently earned her insurance license—a major accomplishment—and is actively contributing as a Personal Lines service agent while continuing to grow her expertise.
Her willingness to jump in, learn quickly, and support both clients and teammates has made a meaningful impact, and we’re excited to see her continue to develop in this next chapter.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s relaxing at the beach or exploring new trails with her fiancé. She’s also a proud cat owner and loves visiting her three childhood pets whenever she can. In her downtime, you’ll often find her reading books based on true stories or binge-watching her favorite shows.
Meet Melissa: Supporting Our Commercial Lines Clients
Melissa plays a key role within our Commercial Lines team as a Business Insurance Specialist, where she supports and services client accounts with care and precision.
Working closely with both clients and internal team members, Melissa helps ensure commercial accounts are handled efficiently—from day-to-day service needs to ongoing account support—allowing our clients to stay focused on running their businesses.
Her attention to detail and commitment to consistency behind the scenes are essential to delivering the high level of service Harbor Brenn is known for.
In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring all that Northern Michigan has to offer.
