I was born for customer service, and I naturally take care of people in both my personal and work life. I have been in the insurance business in one way or another since 1994. I started out as a receptionist and worked my way up through different positions until I received my property and casualty agents’ license. I am a customer service representative for personal policies, and I am also licensed for individual health and Medicare policies. I have a cat named Georgi, who was a rescue. She has quite a unique personality and really enjoys the days I work from home.
