I am a Commercial Lines sales and customer service agent. I started my career in 1979 employed by partners Ed Wallace and Bill Brower at the Harbor Agency in Harbor Springs. Over the years, I have taken many continuing education classes and recently received the CPIA Designation (Certified Professional Insurance Agent). For many years I have received the Westfield Insurance Company Most Valuable Producer. I am licensed in Property and Casualty insurance as well as Life and Health insurance.

I have spent many years volunteering for the Home Builders Association of Northern Michigan (previously known as Little Traverse Association of Home Builders), serving as secretary, vice president, and president of the board in 2013. I also served as Chairperson on their Education Committee. I was the first president who was an Associate Member. I have served as an ambassador for both the Petoskey Chamber of Commerce and the Harbor Springs Chamber of Commerce. I was chosen as Ambassador of the year for Petoskey Chamber of Commerce, and I served as Vice Chair in 2007 and Chair in 2008 while an ambassador for the Harbor Springs Chamber of Commerce. I have served as both secretary and vice president on the Friends of Alanson board. I grew up in Harbor Springs and graduated from the Harbor Springs High School, and continue to live in Harbor Springs to this day.
